The Premium Malt’s 2020 秋〈番るつ〉エール

This is the second in the the set of 3 that have 2020 on the can, so again to say good bye to 2020 lets drink the 2/3 can of The Premium Malt’s 2020 秋〈番るつ〉エール.
Firstly to appearance. this has a very dark colour for an ale. I am used to seeing more of the brighter colour of an ale, or if it is a darker colour with usually is lok a deep golden colour, but this one almost seems brown at one point. There is also a fair amount of carbonation, in this drink. is may just under ashes carbonation, which surprises me.
The smell is of a deep malty flavour (which is not surprising with its name), but it is not a very malty in flavour. it is also quite sweet with a bitter texture that hits the back of my throat. it leaves also a bitter slightly sour after taste.
To be preceftly honest I have never been a fan of the premium malt’s brand. I generally don’t enjoy the taste, and this confirms my thoughts. I would say try it and let me know but again it was a limited beer and is not longer available. do you agree with my thought on the premium malt’s let me know it the comment section below.
